37.5 Hours on occasions the role may also require the delivery of services in other locations across Bristol as requested by the organisation.

Details of Role:
We are currently looking for 1 full-time Recovery Support Worker who will work specifically on a subcontract we hold with our partner DHI. The aim of the role is to support people with drug and/ or alcohol problems to become abstinent, helping them maintain recovery. This Recovery Support Worker role is funded via and dependant on the commissioned sub-contract with DHI and forms part of the Bristol City Council ROADS Service. The Recovery Support Worker will also work in partnership with all Bristol Roads professionals and other partnering organisations including GP’s. The South Hub team provides a variety of support to people including alcohol detox support, initiating opiate substitute prescribing, relapse prevention and motivational interventions in a wide mix of mediums including 121’s, Zoom Groups and ‘actual groups’
